Miss Teen World is a world-class event based in Ecuador, founded by Cesar Montece, CEO of Queen of Ecuador Inc. in 2001.
Rodrigo Moreira acquires the pageant from Queen of Ecuador Inc. in October, 2012. Since then, continuing the legacy of the contest has been one of his pillars.
Gugulethu Mayisela of South Africa was crowned Miss Teen World 2022 in Ecuador. She is the first black woman to win Miss Teen World in the history of the pageant.
